Tsinghua to MIT Robotics
Shuo Wang grew up in China, completing her undergraduate degree in mechanical engineering at Tsinghua University before moving to Cambridge, Massachusetts to earn her master’s from MIT, specializing in robotic design and automated manufacturing systems.

In 2019, alongside MIT classmate Alex Bouaziz, Wang co-founded Deel. She built Deel’s global operations network from zero, establishing local legal and payroll entities in dozens of nations simultaneously.

As Chief Revenue Officer, Wang scaled Deel’s enterprise customer base to over 35,000 corporate clients, establishing Deel as a premier decacorn in global workforce operations.
