At Flipkart, Neeraj was on the front lines of designing large-scale distributed systems that powered the earliest Big Billion Day mega-sales. Experiencing the sheer engineering complexity of handling millions of concurrent requests without dropping transactions, Neeraj developed deep domain expertise in resilient microservices architecture.

In 2016, joining hands with Lalit Keshre, Harsh Jain, and Ishan Bansal, Neeraj co-founded Groww, taking full command of technology, engineering architecture, and infrastructure security. Neeraj designed Groww from scratch as a modern, cloud-native, microservices-driven distributed system capable of auto-scaling in seconds to accommodate sudden market volatility.

When Groww expanded from mutual funds into live stockbroking in 2020, the engineering challenge escalated by orders of magnitude. Neeraj engineered a lightning-fast trading engine using distributed caching and message brokers, ensuring that order placements executed with near-instantaneous speed even during massive market crashes and bull runs.
