Aman engineered Supertails' subscription engine, allowing pet parents to automate monthly food deliveries at predictable discounts. This delivered industry-leading recurring revenue and predictable inventory forecasting, allowing Supertails to maintain healthy cash reserves while growing over 100% year-on-year.

Act IV: The Flywheel of Scale

Aman played a central role in raising over $27 million in venture funding across Seed, Series A, and Series B rounds from prominent venture capital funds including Fireside Ventures and RPSG Capital Ventures. His transparent financial reporting and operational metrics established Supertails as one of the most capital-efficient D2C startups in India.

Act V: Crucible of Fire & Inflection Points

During the 2022–2023 venture funding winter, Aman led internal cost optimizations—improving contribution margins, renegotiating payment gateway fees, and optimizing working capital cycles to ensure a multi-year cash runway toward EBITDA profitability.
